Finca Cosmos

Finca Cosmos is a biodynamic oasis consisting of 4 hectares of vines and other local crops. The finca is of course home to its winery, but also a cosmetics laboratory where they make products from the wide range of medicinal and aromatic crops that they grow. Started by Laura and Raimundo, the farm serves to educate people about the value of sustainable farming and how to give back to the earth.

The vineyards are planted with Syrah, bonarda, criolla, torrontés sanjuanino and pedro giménez, just to name a few, and the rows are coinhabited by sheep and bees. The symbiosis of agriculture and nature is magical and the wines Finca Cosmos produces are lively and energetic as a result. The wax used to seal the bottles comes from the bee hives that are nestled within the rows, and gives each bottle a unique and fragrant topper.
